Strategy Decor is a Chicago-area decorative finishing and remodeling studio led by an instinct for how color, light, texture, and proportion change the experience of a room.
Our work has moved between private homes, retail environments, hospitality spaces, and commercial interiors. Across every scale, the goal remains the same: understand what the space needs to do, then give it a character that feels privately and unmistakably its own.
We bring material samples into the actual environment, study how finishes behave throughout the day, and make decisions in context. That discipline turns decoration into design and remodeling into a more complete way of living in the room.
